Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we truly hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not for any reason, please contact us right away so we can have the opportunity to discuss and hopefully rectify the problem for you.
Cancellations: Please request within 1 hour of purchase.
Payment Options: Payment is required at the time of purchase through either PayPal or Direct Checkout (major credit cards accepted).
Sales Tax: Connecticut residents will be charged 6.35% sales tax.
Coupon Codes/Discounts: Coupon codes and special discounts are not valid on custom orders including soap favors and large quantity purchases that already reflect bulk pricing. See details on LOCALPICKUP code below.
Shipping Times: We ship through USPS within 1-5 business days of purchase. Custom items and favors may be shipped with an alternate carrier and will have a longer processing and shipping time. Please note: USPS has extended shipping times for some of its services as a result of COVID-19 impacts. Expect possible delays in receiving your order for the foreseeable future. If you are in need of rush delivery, please contact us for options.
Shipping Address: Please check your shipping address prior to finalizing your purchase. Once your order is processed, a shipping label is automatically generated with this address. Leaving an updated address in the notes at checkout will not guarantee the order will be shipped there. If you find that there is an error regarding shipping address after your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Shipping Delays and Undelivered Packages: Unfortunately we have no control over how or when your package gets to you once it leaves our possession. Please contact your local carrier or post office for information regarding undelivered packages that have been marked as delivered. Sometimes, due to USPS error, packages are mismarked as delivered while they are still in transit. Sometimes they are delivered to the wrong address. Sometimes they have been delivered to an alternate area of your home or apartment building. These are all issues that your local carrier or post office should be able to help you with. Occasionally, packages do get lost in transit. If you have not received your package after a week has passed from the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will try to help.
International Shipping: We do offer international shipping but cannot be held responsible for lengthy ship times and/or customs hold-ups. International packages are subject to being opened and inspected when going through customs. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering a gift to be shipped directly to a recipient. It is also more common for international packages to be lost in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot replace undelivered international packages unless you are willing to place a new order.
Local Pick-up: If you are local and wish to pick up your order from our Colchester, CT soap studio, please use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. (You must click on your shopping cart to get to the page with the coupon code box.) We will contact you to arrange a pick-up time. If you use this code your order will not be shipped. This is not a free shipping code. (Even if a coupon code-generating website tells you that it is!)
Custom orders are welcome! We love to put together beautiful gift sets and would be happy to ship directly to your recipient.
